Intel has recently launched a new website detailing a guide to the Internet of Things (IoT). As the internet is currently in most public and business establishments the enhancement of IoT will be transforming the way consumers and businesses interact. Intel will be at the forefront of this development introducing the different aspects of their IoT in multiple industries.

IoT is set to be integrated in three major industries these are Healthcare, Retail and Manufactures all are set to improve their productivity and efficiency across the IoT ecosystem. Billions of smart devices are part of IoT ranging from tiny microchips found in hand held electronics to mammoth size machines in factories.

These wireless technologies have the ability to communicate between connected devices in business to business and the consumers. The IoT world is expanding at a phenomenal rate, in 2006 there were 2 billion smart objects and by 2020 the scale is projected to be over 200 billion.
